Welcome to my web page. This is my 13th year at Lostant and I am honored to serve the school district and community as the Lostant CUSD 425 Professional Development Administrator. Since my retirement, I served the District from July 2020 through June 2023 on a part-time basis as the Superintendent. As of July 2023, it was my pleasure to turn the District leadership role over to Mr. Bob Ketcham, the new superintendent.
At a time when school bullying is at the forefront of many student concerns, my doctoral dissertation and research was conducted on workplace bullying in schools. The results of this research has been added to an international data base in Bergen, Norway and may be accessed at https://media.proquest.com/media/hms/ORIG/2/Vo57K?_s=%2FEkQeXW%2FwKS2LUCY5JZ13pqfYfI%3D. Results from the research were published in the November/December 2016 issue of The Illinois School Board Journal.
